Our Story

Jessie Calahan, a St. Pete native and the visionary founder and CEO of Laundry Day Delivery, has built her thriving laundry service from the ground up over the past five years. Her passion for supporting local businesses and her community is reflected in her commitment to providing outstanding customer service and meeting the unique needs of each customer. Jessie’s hands-on approach means she often prefers delivering laundry herself with a smile rather than working behind the scenes. She supports everyone from busy moms and elderly customers to pet-friendly households and local businesses, always aiming to brighten their day and freshen their laundry.

Deeply rooted in St. Petersburg, Jessie actively partners with local organizations like St. Pete Girl Boss to foster female-owned small businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys pancakes, yoga, and spending time with her tuxedo cat, Neptune. Jessie loves exploring her favorite restaurants and coffee shops, strolling the sandy beaches of St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island, and cruising around town in her Laundry Day Delivery branded SUV. Her passion for making people’s lives easier reflects her belief in supporting local and helping others enjoy life’s pleasures as much as she does.
